Partners in Building Begins Custom Sales in Sienna

Partners in Building has begun sales of custom homes and the construction of a model home in a new section of Sienna.

The builder is now offering custom homes situated on 100-foot homesites in The Estates at Summerhouse Lake of Sienna, a new luxury home enclave. Homes will range from 3,500 to 7,500 square feet and start from $1.1 million.  Twelve homesites are currently available.

A model showcasing the builder’s Plan 16266 is currently under construction at 2015 Crown Lake Drive. The home boasts 4,861 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, a first-floor game room with bar, island kitchen with butler’s pantry, loft and tandem three-car garage. Two outdoor areas — a covered porch and covered patio — will facilitate al fresco entertaining.  

The Estates at Summerhouse Lake of Sienna is a custom home neighborhood featuring expansive homesites. The enclave is situated near the community’s Sawmill Lake Club. The amenity offers a resort-style pool, patio with firepit, playground, splash pad, fitness center and event space.

An expansion to the Sawmill Lake Club is currently underway. When complete, the Sawmill Event Pavilion will include a multi-purpose activity room with direct access to covered outdoor areas and views of Sawmill Lake, a private meeting room, food truck area, boardwalk and more.
