Delivering a Have-It-All Lifestyle
A neighborhood is where you’ll find a house. A master-planned community is where you’ll find everything.
Grand Central Park in Conroe is shaping up to be just that. Ten builders offer beautiful homes priced from the $280,000s. Residents have long enjoyed the community’s natural features — authentic walking trails, natural lakes and dense forests. Conveniences came early, as well, with 336 Marketplace opening in 2018. Anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, the center offers more than 250,000 square feet of retail and boasts popular stores and restaurants.
But Grand Central Park is far from done.
Just last year, The Lake House opened, adding to the many entertainment options Grand Central Park residents enjoy. The 13-acre complex offers a resort-style pool, event lawn, covered pavilion, fitness room, playground, dog park and a gorgeous clubhouse overlooking a Paddle Lake. The clubhouse has a Grand Room for events and expansive upper and lower decks for relaxing.
Opportunities to work, shop, dine and take care of errands also are blossoming in Grand Central Park. The 18-acre Greenway Village is home to a car wash, medical services and more. The crown jewel of Grand Central Park’s commercial landscape is City Central, a vast expanse alongside Interstate 45 that is already home to the Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Marcel Boulevard at City Central is quickly adding retailers, with the first expected to open this spring. The 10.5-acre center includes 68,160 square feet for shopping and dining and 32,400 square feet of executive office space. Coming to Marcel Boulevard so far are: Atelier Salon Suites, Apex Executive Suites, Camila’s, Edward Jones, F45 Training, Malibu Nails, Mezze #1, Strategic Mind Games, Perfect Round and Voodoo Grille.
City Central also will be home to the Hyatt Regency Conroe Hotel & Convention Center with 250 guest rooms and 41,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space. It will also expand the dining options in the community.
The chance to live, work and play all in a single community — that’s the advantage of living in a master-planned community like Grand Central Park and the many other Johnson Development communities.
